Sport House proposes several working axes through " Sport ' Packs ". For all these programs, a personal assessment ( sports and medical histories) is established with your personal trainer to satisfy your waits.

Every " Sport ' Packs " is individualized to answer your waits.

The 1st sessions:

  • Analysis of your objective
  • Organization of a program of sessions according to several criteria (age, weight, timetable, objective, food lifestyles...)
  • Start of the training

During your sessions your personal trainer guarantees you:

  • The realization of effective exercises safely
  • Simple and concise instructions
  • Demonstrations for every exercise
  • And especially a cheerfulness during all the session
